Due to COVID, delivery through USPS may be affected.
SHIPPING:
We ship our orders up to 5 business days after processing and use USPS First Class shipping orders over 1 lb receive priority shipping. We try to ship out all orders asap and all cuttings are cut on the day of shipment to provide the best quality. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we are not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address or lost packages. Please verify that the shipping address is correct.
Also, please be aware of the climate conditions for your area. We are not responsible for freeze damage.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Each order is handled with great care to make sure you receive quality merchandise. All cuttings are freshly cut on the day they are shipped to you. We will replace purchased items sent back within 24 hours but will not refund shipping or cover the shipping of the returned item. We will not offer refunds after 24 hours of receipt of the item.
